Terms of Service
1. Service
extn. studio (the “Service”) lets a user upload a photo and generate AI-assisted profile photos, optionally unlocking full-resolution downloads or ordering printed and shipped copies. The Service is operated by extn. ai at studio.extn.ai.
2. Eligibility
You must be the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. Some features require additional identity verification (본인확인) as required by Korean law.
3. Acceptable use
You may not upload photos of other people without their explicit consent, upload content depicting minors, attempt to bypass watermarks or download protections, or use the Service to harass any person.
4. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Toss Payments. Refund eligibility and the procedure for requesting one will be described here in the final version; currently, please email agent@extn.ai with refund requests.
5. Points and rewards
You earn 500 points when you make a generated photo public, and spend 500 points to make it private again. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
6. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or applicable law. You may delete your account at any time from the MY tab.
